Mr. Sivasarathy brings with him a rich professional experience of over 26 years, having worked with IT companies such as Mindtree Limited and Tata Consultancy Limited in India and abroad. In his professional journey, he has led projects (USD 100-300 million) of clients spread across different geographies— such as India (IN), United States of America (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Hongkong (HK), Singapore (SG), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Saudi Arabia among others.
Drawing upon his extensive professional background, Mr. Sivasarathy founded SFJ Business Solutions Private Limited (SFJBS) in 2011, with its headquarters based in Bengaluru. He has steered SFJBS to carve out a niche in the fields of manpower solutions, outsourcing, and consulting services. Due to his guidance, SFJBS has emerged as a trusted partner for businesses seeking innovative solutions to their staffing and operational needs.
Mr. Sivasarathy’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish BSkilling– a subsidiary of SFJBS dedicated to empowering individuals with the skills and opportunities to excel in the IT industry. With over 13 years of experience in the industry and connections to over 500 companies, including industry giants like CISCO, BSkilling has become synonymous with excellence in talent development and placement services.
