If you breach any of the terms of this agreement, bSkilling may exercise all of its rights and remedies under this agreement, applicable law, or equity to seek indemnification for any loss or claim resulting from the breach

12. Amendment and Assignment
bSkilling can unilaterally amend or modify this agreement at any time
bSkilling will publish the revised agreement on the website so that you are aware of the changes
You are responsible for checking the website periodically for any changes to the agreement
